Contributor Biography
Brendan is an Associate Statistician at the Statistics and Data Analysis Unit of the Clinical Research Facility Cork (crfc.ucc.ie). He holds a PhD in Virology and an MSc in Bioinformatics with Computational Biology. Since joining the CRFC in 2017, Brendan has been teaching reproducible research practices through the R programming language alongside with his day-to-day duties.
